Die casting process

In order to avoid failures in the production process and ensure product quality, the auxiliary material of release agent is indispensable in the die casting process. The used release agent is dissolved or emulsified in the enterprise wastewater discharged from the foundry, and is not allowed to be directly discharged into the public drainage system. In most cases, together with other corporate waste, they are expensively disposed of by specialized companies.

 

An alternative to waste treatment is to purify wastewater within the enterprise. Leading die casting companies have relied on vacuum distillation systems for many years. It is generally recognized as the most reliable and efficient method.

 

Most of the wastewater discharged from the die-casting workshop is slightly corrosive and must be neutralized before evaporation. Hydrocarbons contained in wastewater cannot be completely removed by traditional evaporators. Therefore, the distilled water must be post-treated with a coalescing separator and/or activated carbon. Safe purification: optimized for heavily polluted landfill leachate

Regardless of domestic waste, construction scraps, radioactively contaminated soil, port silt, or waste incineration products: the final storage of these media that are heavily polluted by harmful substances will inevitably constitute a potential risk of groundwater being polluted by heavy metals, nitrogen compounds or organic matter.
