This product is made from imported high-quality highly refined hydrogen-made volatile base oil, added with imported high-quality synthetic esters and antioxidant additives. It is a quick-drying metal forming processing oil, especially suitable for the medium and low heavy duty stamping and drawing process of steel and nonferrous metals. It has good lubricity. The process oil in the stamping, calendering and flattening process is suitable for fine blanking and is also available. It is less irritating to human skin for drilling and tapping threads, and the product is safer and more environmentally friendly.

It can be widely used in various plastic forming operations such as extreme pressure, pressing, stamping and drawing of various metal sheets, such as silicon steel sheets, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. When stamping silicon steel sheet and stainless steel, the concentration should be increased slightly.
