Synthetic ultra-high temperature chain oil SHC300 is made from high-quality synthetic oil as the base oil, added with additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-wear, anti-rust, etc., and developed into a chain under high temperature conditions. Because it is a synthetic product, the product has good adhesion characteristics, will not run off, drip, evaporate, dry out or form a sticky carbon deposit. The operating temperature is -40°C to 260°C.
◆ Comprehensive protection for the chain: Lubrication, wear resistance is outstanding, can withstand heavy loads, so that the chain has the longest service life.
◆ Has excellent lubrication effect: high permeability, can penetrate into the core of the steel cable, the chain core, chain strands and mechanical parts for proper lubrication, strong supporting force, not easy to run off, splash, and lasting lubrication.
◆ It is not easy to coke and has little carbon residue. The chain can be kept clean for a long time.
Wide application range: good stability at high temperature, use temperature up to 300°C, good viscosity temperature, easy to start at low temperature.

This product is widely used to lubricate the chain drive system of high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature baking kilns in the hardware manufacturing industry, textile, printing and dyeing and plastics industries, drawing machines, heat setting machines, and high-temperature drying rooms in the building materials industry.

Q/SHPRD233-2008, and it can be replaced with "Hotemp plus" of KLUBER in Germany in terms of performance. It is equivalent to the "PRIMIUM FLUID SPECIAL" of the Kruppen company in Germany and the "CL-175" high-temperature chain oil of the British company ROCOL.
