MD series drawing forming oil is a medium-viscosity metal working oil designed for drawing and stamping of various metals. It is mainly used for deep drawing of difficult-to-machine metals such as stainless steel and high carbon steel. It is made up of highly refined paraffin base oil and high extreme pressure, lubricity additives and emulsifiers. With a high degree of extreme pressure lubrication characteristics, improve the demoulding effect and extend the service life of the mold. The processed products are easy to clean, effectively reduce the cost of subsequent cleaning, prevent surface scratches, wrinkles, and explosions. They are suitable for deep drawing, deep processing, tube drawing, and bending processes with high accuracy requirements.
